am I that you should trust me with your hard earned money as your Business Coach?  The answer is simple – I am “future” you.  You are “past” me.  The gray hair indicates that I am no spring chicken and am well into my 50s.  My entire professional life has been focused on achieving excellence in a traditional brick-and-mortar setting padding the wallets of some truly amazing folks.  Hear me out – there is not a single person for whom I have worked that has not been impactful in the lessons that have built me into the machine I am today.  In fact, I have launched businesses for most of my employers, for you see, they were the dreamers while I am the doer.

All the while, my side gig of Start Up Business Consulting has quietly thrived. Most employers to not fancy their staff dividing their attention between personal and paid ventures.  It is often seen as a threat or conflict of interest.

The trophies in my case include successes and accolades as an Early Elementary Teacher, published author of varied curriculum, top retailer for multiple years running for a national chain, children’s and women’s pastor, managing the offices for a recognized financial advisor, working my way to corporate trainer for an international restaurant chain, and most recently building a highly touted restaurant from inception in 2012 to success for the past several years from which more accolades were collected including serving as the Chair for Arizona Culinary Institute’s Advisory Counsel (a voted position in which I have now served several years), keynote speaking engagements, being featured on FOX’s Women of Influence, multiple interviews on CBS, acceptance into Dell and Inc’s Women Entrepreneurs Network, Arizona Business and Professional Women’s Foundation, and National Association of Women Business Owners.  Not once have I ever had just one job/venture.

Additional, I owned a spa’lon (building it from the ground, up during the last massive economic downturn in 2007) and coached countless others through launching their own businesses.  Igniting greatness in others by empowering, educating, and elevating them fuels my fire.

2020 rolled in like a manic dinosaur going through menopause, with hemorrhoids, wearing barbed wire undies and took the entire world by storm.  For some, 2020 was the worst year of their lives.  For others, it was the year of reckoning, of new beginnings.  What is the difference in these outcomes?  Mindset.  Pure mindset.

As businesses closed forcing folks into unemployment, many reached out to hire me to coach them through the transition to an online platform that not only allowed them to continue feeding their families, but to do so on a MUCH larger scale.  Their reach was no longer limited by city blocks.  No longer did the zip code matter.  Literally, the world is their new marketplace.
